General Assembly
A broad civic forum for cross-cutting issues, announcements, open questions and topics that do not yet fit a dedicated category. This area also serves as an entry point for new participants.
Citizens gathered to celebrate the granting of a constitution.
A constitutional-era crowd is used here because a General Assembly should visually belong to citizens rather than leaders. The breadth of the gathering matters more than identifying prominent individuals. Participation gains legitimacy when ordinary people can be present, heard and recorded as part of the collective civic process.
